Nihon Mura Is Having A Limited-Time Kaiten Sushi Buffet Promotion At $18++

Nihon Mura has a new Kaiten sushi buffet promotion

I’ve always been mesmerised by conveyor belt sushi restaurants as a kid. The idea of picking your favourite sushi off an ever-moving line of dishes was an extremely exciting prospect for me. Unfortunately for those like me, if you get too carried away by the novelty of the concept, the bill can really add up. With Nihon Mura’s newly launched Kaiten sushi buffet promotion, you can go all out with the sushi without having to bust your wallet.

The buffet promotion just started on 2 March 2020, and will be available from 12pm to 6pm on weekdays, at all three of their outlets at Cathay Cineleisure Orchard, Rivervale Mall, and Kallang Leisure Park.

The promotional prices are $18++ for each dining adult and $9.90++ for every child below 12 years old. Be sure to grab your plates fast though, as the all-you-can-eat buffet will be limited to a 60-minute window.

Since it’s a sushi buffet, only the items under the ‘$1.80’ section will be free-flow in the promotion. You’ll be able to choose from over 35 varieties of sushi and sashimi, including the Salmon Mentaiyaki, and my personal favourite, the classic Ebikko which is a gunkan-style sushi topped with juicy capelin roe.

If you want to go for the other items on their extensive a la carte menu, order the Norweigan Salmon Sashimi ($4.80++) for fresh and plump slices of delicate salmon, or go for the classic Cha Soba ($2.30++) if you feel like slurping on some noodles.

For sushi lovers, don’t forget to check out the newest Sushiro outlets that will open at Causeway Point and Bedok Mall this year. Alternatively, if you’re looking for more affordable sushi places, check out our list of best affordable sushi!
