Lucky for us, Kazutake Ramen is a new stall in Ang Mo Kio thatâs open around the clock! What better than slurping down a steaming bowl of ramen or a quick sushi fix to satisfy our midnight cravings.

This late-night gem looks just like one of those late-night diners youâd find in Japan. With their huge signage and bright lights, Kazutake Ramen feels like a slice of Japan right in the heart of the neighbourhood. Itâs an 18-minute walk or a 13-minute bus ride from Ang Mo Kio MRT Station.

The sheer variety of dishes that they offer here is truly impressiveâthere are beloved Japanese classics such as sushi, ramen, don, yakitori, gyoza and many more. If youâre looking for a quick fix, consider their Torimomo ($9.90) yakitori, which stars eight chicken thigh skewers. Otherwise, thereâs also Chicken Karaage ($6) and Gyoza ($6), both of which make for a great late-night snack.

Those who have hearty appetites at night can indulge in their selection of ramen. One standout choice is their signature Chashu Ramen ($10.50), which features noodles in a house-made broth, topped with thick slices of chashu, black fungus, aji tamago, and negi, AKA scallions.
