Korean BBQ is nothing new in Singapore; we are in no shortage of restaurants and buffet spots to choose from. But Keum Eun Don Korean BBQ stands out from the crowd—it has built a loyal following among Korean celebrities, with stars such as ENHYPEN, LE SSERAFIM’s Kazuha, and Hwang Min-hyun reportedly dining there. You no longer have to fly to Korea to try Keum Eun Don Korean BBQ, as the popular restaurant has an outlet in Hillview at HillV2.

The K-celeb hype aside, the real highlight here is the meat. Every cut is grilled over charcoal before it reaches your table, so you get that delicious smoky flavour without having to do all the cooking yourself. Just sit back and enjoy perfectly grilled meat from the get-go.

Prices are wallet-friendly too, with the Pork BBQ Set starting at just $35++ per person. Each set comes with pork belly strips, rice, your choice of stew, and a spread of house-made banchan, making it a hearty meal that doesn’t break the bank.

For the stew, we’d recommend choosing between the Soft Tofu Stew with Seafood and Kimchi Stew, as their bold, savoury flavours help cut through the richness of the grilled meats. If you prefer something punchier, go for the Kimchi Stew, which is said to have a deeper, more robust flavour. Otherwise, the Soft Tofu Stew with Seafood is a comforting alternative that offers a good mix of seafood throughout.

For those willing to spend a little more, the Beef Short Rib Set is worth a look, priced at $75++ for two people. Premium beef BBQ at this price point is rare in both Singapore and Korea, making this set especially good value.

Fun fact: the restaurant is designed by a Korean team, who have intentionally blended traditional touches with a modern dining vibe. It’s also spacious and well-ventilated, a refreshing contrast to the usual smoky K-BBQ spots.

HillV2 is just a five-minute walk from Hillview MRT Station, making it an easy stop for a value-for-money meal featuring premium meat cuts in a warm, cosy setting.
