International Fried Chicken Day is held on 6 July every year, and while it’s normally not much to write home about, this year’s occasion is set to be extra special for all you fried chicken lovers. KFC Singapore is bringing back their Unlimited Chicken Feast from 3 July to 5 July at the following outlets: Harbourfront Centre, Kallang Stadium, Rivervale Plaza, Eastpoint Mall, and Woodlands 888.

The Unlimited Chicken Feast is essentially a KFC buffet. On top of their delicious fried chicken, diners will get to try new side dishes and desserts!Â
At the start of the buffet, you will be served a bucket containing two pieces of Original Recipe Chicken and Hot & Crispy Chicken each, and six pieces of Nuggets. Considering it’s a buffet, this spread might seem insufficient. But fret not, there are staff walking around with fried chicken, ready to refill your bucket!
Along with a bucket comes two paper bags, medium-sized fries, popcorn chicken, and two different powdered sauces: Cheese & Onion and Spicy Texas BBQ. These are for assembling the KFC Shaker Fries and Shaker Popcorn Chicken in whichever flavour you like! Shaking these fries was a fun break from wolfing down the fried chicken.
FYI, sauces here are free-flow as well. Diners can head to the sauce station and be served an endless supply of hot Original Recipe Gravy and Cheese Sauce. We liked that the gravy helped the chicken meat go down our throats smoothly so that we could eat more and get more bang for our buck.
Alternatively, you can indulge in their new dipping sauces such as the Mentaiko Mayo and Hot Sauce at the sauce station. The former was briny and savoury, and complemented the fries really well. If the latter sounds familiar, it’s probably because the sauce was previously featured with the Saucy Wings!
Nearing the end of the buffet, we encourage you to save some stomach space for desserts. Each guest will be served a piece of Portuguese Egg Tart and buffet-exclusives Carrot Cake and Ondeh Ondeh Cake. We liked the moist and soft carrot cake more, especially because of the sweet cinnamon flavour. Â
So, if you’re interested in eating your fill of KFC, here’s how the Unlimited Chicken Feast will work. There are three buffet timeslots for lunch and another three for dinner. These are 90 minutes each:
Tickets are priced at $19.95 each for lunch, or $23.95 each for dinner. However, as tickets are only sold in pairs, you best grab your buffet bestie along to dine with you. You can reserve your table via Chope.
Beyond the KFC buffet, the fast food giant is also hosting their International Fried Chicken Day afternoon tea party on 6 July, only at their Harbourfront Center outlet. Held from 3pm to 5pm, the event is hosted by popular radio DJs, and includes games, contests, and interactive events with prizes to be won. Attendees will also get an exclusive goodie bag with limited-edition KFC merch! Tickets are sold in pairs and are priced at $17.95 per person. You can book your slot via Chope!
