KFC’s Samyang Buldak Carbonara Is Back With New Macaroni Bowl For A Limited Time

KFC Samyang Buldak Carbonara returns with new macaroni bowl

PSA to all fried chicken and spice lovers: KFC Singapore has brought back their KFC x Samyang Buldak Carbonara collab from earlier this year, with a new item on the roster this time.

From 21 October 2026, you can order their new Samyang Buldak Carbonara Macaroni Bowl for just $5.50. Expect mac and cheese tossed in a creamy Samyang Buldak Carbonara-infused cheese sauce, topped with crispy popcorn chicken bites. To amp things up even more, you can order an extra side of Samyang Buldak Carbonara Sauce (price TBD).

If you’re worried about the spice, fret not: each bowl comes with a free upgrade to a medium Sprite, giving you more to sip on between bites to cool down.

The fan favourite Samyang Buldak Carbonara Loaded Fries is also making a comeback: golden-brown fries slathered in KFC’s iconic cheese sauce and Samyang Carbonara sauce for a spicy kick. The creamy, slightly sweet cheese sauce helped to mellow out some of the spice, while fresh spring onions cut through the richness. They’re $5.65 a la carte, or $3.95 when added to a meal.

The KFC x Samyang Buldak Carbonara menu is available for a limited time at all KFC outlets islandwide, except for Jewel, Sentosa, Singapore Polytechnic, and Singapore Zoo, while stocks last. Do take note that these menu items are not available on public holidays.

KFC x Samyang Buldak isn’t the only thing making a comeback right now: McDonald’s McGriddles are also back on the menu for a limited time! Otherwise, if fast food isn’t your thing, check out our guide to the best food deals in October.
