KFC Singapore is bringing back familiar flavours with a twist, this time spotlighting an all-new Smoky Kecap Manis Chicken. The limited-time menu runs from 25 February to 7 April 2026, just in time for the upcoming Ramadan period.
At the heart of the launch is kecap manis, the thick Indonesian sweet soy sauce many of us know from dishes such as satay and nasi goreng.
Rather than serving the sauce on the side, KFC has glazed it directly onto its fried chicken. The sauce is reduced for a richer consistency, with a slight smokiness added to balance its sweetness. Each piece is finished with fried shallots and spring onions for extra aroma and bite.
You can try the Smoky Kecap Manis Chicken at $4.80 per piece, or go for 4 Smoky Kecap Manis Wings at $5.95. If you’re already ordering a meal, prices start from $9.50 for the wings meal and $10.80 for the chicken meal, which come with standard sides and a drink. There’s also a two-piece wings add-on for $2.95 if you want to sample the flavour without committing to a full set.
For sharing, the Smoky Kecap Manis Buddy Meal ($23.95) includes a mix of chicken, wings, and sides suitable for two. Larger groups can opt for the Smoky Kecap Manis Family Feast ($44.95), available exclusively via delivery. The feast comes with multiple pieces of chicken and wings, tenders, sides, drinks, and a complimentary KFC x Coke Radium Bag while stocks last.
One highlight of this launch is KFC’s first-ever Smoky Kecap Manis Sauce Bottle ($6.95). The bottled sauce allows fans to enjoy the flavour beyond the limited-time chicken, whether paired with fries, nuggets, or even home-cooked meals.
The bottle features artwork by Aida Sa’ad, better known as Yellow Mushmellow, an up-and-coming local artist.
The Smoky Kecap Manis menu will be available at all KFC outlets except Singapore Zoo and Sentosa, for dine-in and takeaway, while stocks last. Delivery is also available via GrabFood, FoodPanda, Deliveroo, and KFC Delivery.
