Get $8.80 Wagyu UFO Burgers And Milkshakes At This New Bugis Eatery

If you’re on the food side of social media, you’ve probably come across the UFO Burger that caused quite a stir in Korea. By having its ingredients wrapped rather than stacked between bread, this dish vaguely resembles a flying saucer, hence the name. You can now get this dish at Kowboy, a newly-opened eatery along Bali Lane.

Kowboy’s version of the dish uses pita bread to seal off the burger, ensuring all the fillings and juices stay contained. For anyone who finds eating burgers a messy ordeal, this might just be the solution you’ve been waiting for.

For fans of beef burgers, Kowboy has quite a few options for you to choose from. There’s the UFO Nebula Classic ($8.80), which sees a 120g Wagyu patty paired with fresh lettuce, tomato, cheese, ketchup, and mayonnaise. There’s also the more decadent UFO Cosmic Truffle ($8.80), where the same Wagyu patty is joined by sauteed mushrooms, melted cheese, and fragrant truffle oil and truffle mayo.

Those who prefer chicken burgers can try the UFO Supernova Mentaiko ($8.80), where a crispy chicken katsu meets juicy pineapple, crunchy red cabbage, melted cheese, and is finished with a homemade mentaiko mayo.

While you’re there, be sure to check out some of Kowboy’s milkshakes too: thick, ice cream-blended milkshakes in classic chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry flavours, finished with whipped cream. Each cup will set you back $8.80.
