With foreign brands making their presence felt across Singapore, there’s all the more reason to support our local businesses. This could mean visiting Singapore’s oldest restaurants for a taste of heritage or eating at beloved hawker centres such as Maxwell Food Centre. For a matcha addict like me, though, it means getting more matcha from my favourite home-based cafes. If you’re a fellow matcha enthusiast, here are 20 matcha home cafes to visit, sorted by region.
