Burger fans, take note: Meatsmith is giving away 101 free cheeseburgers for one day only to celebrate its recent ranking on the global burger scene.

On 27 August 2026, from 11:30am, diners can redeem a complimentary MSX Single Cheeseburger (U.P. $12++) at Meatsmith, while stocks last. The giveaway marks the restaurant’s achievement of being ranked #50 on the World’s 101 Best Burger Places, making it the only Singapore-based burger restaurant to place in the global Top 50 list.

Known for its American-style barbecue and smoked meats, Meatsmith is also featured in our guide to the best burgers in Singapore, where we covered some of the city’s top burger spots.

The MSX Single Cheeseburger is built around Meatsmith’s signature barbecue approach, featuring a beef brisket patty that is slow-smoked over hickory wood for up to 14 hours. It comes with American cheddar, house-made pickles, and the restaurant’s signature burger sauce, all sandwiched between a soft potato bun.

According to Meatsmith, the potato bun is cold-fermented overnight before being baked fresh each day, giving it a fluffy yet sturdy texture that holds the juicy patty. The restaurant also makes its buns, pickles, and sauces in-house, while its meats are kept chilled rather than frozen before cooking.

While this giveaway burger differs from the Meatsmith burger we previously tried, fans can expect a similar focus on smoky flavours and quality ingredients. In our previous visit, we enjoyed how the burger’s rich meat flavours were balanced by the tangy pickles and mustard, preventing the overall bite from feeling too heavy.

The giveaway will take place on 27 August 2026, from 11:30am, with 101 single cheeseburgers available on a first-come, first-served basis. Do note that the promotion is walk-in only, for takeaway orders only, and limited to one cheeseburger per person.
