Mensho X Opens At RWS With Famous Toripaitan Ramen, “Mochi” Noodles And More

Mensho X opens at Weave Resorts World Sentosa

When the Michelin-approved Mensho Tokyo opened last year, it quickly became a popular spot for legit toripaitan, AKA chicken broth ramen. That success saw the Mensho brand open two outlets under Mensho X this year, first at Raffles Place and now at Resort World Sentosa’s latest mall, Weave RWS.

Mensho X’s Signature Toripaitan ($27++) offers a lighter, less creamy broth compared to Mensho Tokyo’s version. It is, however, said to be infused with shiitake mushrooms, porcini mushrooms, and kelp for extra flavour. Sake kasu-marinated braised pork, ribeye chashu, Wagyu chashu, and yuzu chicken chashu are the meats that crown this hearty bowl of noodles.

If you’re already familiar with Mensho’s toripaitan, check out the outlet-exclusive Wagyu Tantan Mochimen ($26++), made with a custom blend of mochi wheat to create a mochi-like bite. The noodles are drenched in a vegan peanut and sesame base, and topped with Wagyu chashu, bok choy, Sichuan peppers and more. There’s also a vegan version of this dish titled Vegan Tantan Mochimen ($20++).

Other main dishes to try include the Yuzu Shio Ramen ($23++), Organic Shoyu Ramen ($20++), and Negi Yuzu Chicken Chashu Rice Bowl ($8.50++). For tasty sides, don’t miss out on the likes of Mentaiko Takoyaki ($8.50++) and Crispy Ama-Ebi ($8++).

To celebrate the launch, the first 100 dine-in guests on 1 November 2025 can try their luck at a sure-win lucky dip—prizes include up to 100% off and free bowls. No minimum spend is required, so if you’re interested, mark your calendars for this coming Saturday!
