It’s always difficult to choose between Yole and Llaollao, but this month it seems like the former has got the crown. Yole has released a limited-edition topping—Milo Dinosaur—for the month of August to celebrate our nation’s birthday.Â
While the name “Milo Dinosaur” might remind you of the familiar kopitiam drink, this topping is just simple Milo powder that’ll give your froyo a little bit of yummy malty and chocolatey taste.
This topping is available at all Yole outlets with the exception of the ones at United Square and West Mall.Â
Aside from the new Milo Dinosaur topping, you can also get your hands on the seasonal Tropical Pineapple froyo flavour at Yole now.Â

If you’re a diehard fan of Milo, be sure to also check out the Milo fried chicken at Flavour Flings! The Milo-Coated Popcorn Chicken ($9.90) comprises large chunks of fried chicken that are generously coated in Milo powder.Â
For the month of August, Flavour Flings is also having a series of promotions where you can get your second main dish at just $5.40 from 6pm to 9pm daily. Those who pop by for lunch on weekdays can also get 54% off all food items! If you visit the cafe between 7pm and 9pm on Wednesdays, you can get their pancakes at $2 each as well.
Another Milo dessert you can sink your teeth into is the Banana Donuts “Milo Dinosaur” ($7++) from Redpan. This sweet treat is made up of a bed of fried banana donut bites that’s layered with chocolate sauce, nuts, and a large scoop of Milo powder. Aside from this, Redpan also has other fusion dishes such as Crispy Fish “Otah” Burger ($15++) and Dry “Bak Kut Teh” Pork Ribs ($20++) that are worth trying.Â
