If you stay around Bedok, you’re probably spoiled by a plethora of food options. From a soulful bowl of prawn noodles at the famous Bedok 85 Fengshan Food Centre, to hip sourdough pizza place Mr Kneady’s, the neighbourhood never lacks variety. But if you’re looking to satisfy your late-night cravings with some sweet treats instead of these savoury foods, check out Parvifolia, a new under-HDB ice cream cafe that offers floral-infused ice cream. Plus, they are open till 2am on selected days.

You’ll find a generous display of 18 ice cream flavours, which means there’s something suitable for all tastebuds. We’ve read online reviews that new seasonal flavours are introduced every quarter—you can try something different every visit!

A Single Scoop here costs $5.20 for the classic flavours, while the premium flavours cost an additional $1 each. Alternatively, the Double Scoop costs $7.30.

Some interesting floral options worth trying include the Chrysanthemum Honeysuckle ($6.20) and Pistachio Rose Mochi ($6.20), both of which offer unique flavour combinations. While these flavours are often found individually in many ice cream cafes, it’s not every day you come across them paired together.

We’ve all heard of matcha-flavoured ice cream, credited to big names such as Hvala Cafe and Tsujiri Premium, but Parvifolia puts an interesting twist to the classic flavour with their Seasalt Jasmine Matcha ($6.20).

They also have familiar flavours such as Honey Lavender ($5.20), Black Sesame ($5.20), and Speculoos ($6.20).

Besides the unique range of floral ice cream flavours, Parvifolia offers some respite from the merciless heat with their air-conditioned, minimalist interior. You can also quench your thirst with their floral-infused iced teas such as the Peach Osmanthus Green Tea, Peach Plum Green Tea, and Yuzu Plum Black Tea, priced at $7.30 each!
