PerghChicks: Famous Pasar Malam Stall Now Sells Ramly Burgers At A Jurong West Coffee Shop

West-siders will be pleased to know that PerghChicks, a stall located in Jurong West, is now selling Ramly burgers. This adds to the list of pasar malam food options in the West, following the newly opened Pasar Malam Corner.

If you aren’t familiar with PerghChicks, they started out as a chicken wings pop-up stall in 1999, hopping between pasar malams in Singapore. After taking a decade-long break, the owner’s son decided to make a comeback last year, turning their temporary stall into a permanent space at Jurong West.

While they primarily do Ayam Percik, a grilled chicken dish, PerghChicks has recently started selling Ramly burgers. For $3.20, you can choose between beef, chicken, or crispy chicken for your burger, topped with vegetables, black pepper sauce, and mayo. Complete it with an egg or cheese for $4, or treat yourself to both at $4.80. If you’re feeling extra indulgent, stack on an additional patty, available at $2.

If Ramly burgers aren’t enough to fill you up, consider their Percik Wing Set ($8.50), which sees their signature grilled chicken wings alongside rice, potato wedges, and salad. For something on the sweeter side, there’s a Honey BBQ Wing Set ($8.50) available. Meanwhile, if wings are too cumbersome to eat, the stall also does a Percik Chop Set ($8.50) and Honey BBQ Chop Set ($8.50).

Homebodies can check out PerghChicks’ delivery option, though it is only limited to their Percik and Honey BBQ Chicken selections.
