Popeyes Opens At Waterway Point And Novena Square 2 With IG-Worthy Photo Walls

Popeyes at Waterway Point & Novena Square 2

The fried chicken scene is set to heat up with Popeyes’ rapid expansion across Singapore. Its Punggol outlet is its 13th—and the first of many that will be opening this year, with more slated to be popping up in the East soon.

The new outlets will also sport a refreshed look, with an industrial-chic vibe that’s inspired by the city of New Orleans, Louisiana— where Popeyes originated.

Diners can not only recharge their bellies at Popeyes, but their phones and electronic devices as well, with power plugs available for use. There’s also a large photo wall where diners can devote their adoring love for fried chicken on camera.

Their Square 2 outlet at Novena is set to be given the same treatment, with a grand opening scheduled on the 28 July 2019.

To commemorate the new opening at Square 2, Popeyes will be having a promotion on its five-piece tenders, which will cost $3 with every purchase of any combo meal from 29 July to 4 August 2019. These juicy strips of crispy chicken are great to share around, so be sure to bring along a friend for this exciting treat.

There are also plenty of other things to check out at Popeyes, including their new Fizzy-Chicky-Shrimplicious Set Meal ($9.20). The set features four pieces of buttermilk shrimp, two pieces of cola tenders, a piece of their signature chicken, a side of fries, and a regular Pepsi. We liked how the shrimp had a crunchy, craggy crust and a plump juicy centre to it.

With a fresh new look that’s both comfortable and relaxing, along with plenty of new outlets opening soon, Popeyes looks set to be a firm favourite for hungry fried chicken lovers out there.
