There’s nothing quite like a good feast with the fam, especially when it happens after breaking fast during the Ramaddan period. And with Hilton Singapore’s new halal-certified pop-up buffet, you can make things a little fancier.
The pop-up buffet is happening from 26 May to 24 June 2017, 6:30pm to 10:30pm, on the highest floor of Hilton Singapore. It is priced at $58++ for adults and $29++ for children from Monday to Thursday, and $68++ for adults and $34++ for children from Friday to Sunday.
While the prices are not exactly easy on the wallet, you’ll get to enjoy over 90 dishes that span across a handful of cuisines. Aside from the usual sushi, seafood, and salad bars, this buffet also has six DIY and carving stations as well as Western, Chinese, and Indian fare.
To add on to it are the six Moroccan dishes that will be available. From chermoula-baked sea bass to chicken tagine, you’ll be sure to find something that suits your taste buds.
There will also be a series of special dishes, such as prawns in balado sauce and beef rendang, that are prepared just for this Ramadan buffet.
For all those with a sweet tooth, you’d be glad to know that the buffet will include a wide array of desserts including cheesecakes, Nyonya kueh, pengat pisang, and a unique bandung chocolate fountain.
Make a reservation by calling 6737 2233 before 19 May to enjoy the Early Bird Special, which entitles you to a 35 percent discount on weekdays and a 30 percent discount on weekends, for a minimum of four diners. If you miss out on this, fret not. There will still be group discounts where groups of four to five people are entitled to 25 percent off and groups of six or more can have a 30 percent discount. Citibank card members get to enjoy 15% off the usual price.
Prayer rooms are available for Muslim diners. More information on the buffet can be found on Hilton Singapore’s website, and you can check out the dishes that will be offered in the buffet menu.Â
