Sentosa GrillFest Returns From 23 July To 16 August 2026 With 42 Food Vendors

Sentosa GrillFest is back in 2026

If you’re always on the lookout for food festivals in Singapore, here’s one to add to your calendar. Sentosa GrillFest is returning to Siloso Beach from 23 July to 16 August 2026, bringing together 42 food vendors across five zones for its biggest edition yet.

Here are the operating dates below. Do note that the fair runs from 4pm to 10:30pm.

  • 23 July, 24 July, 25 July, 26 July (Thursday to Sunday)
  • 31 July, 1 August, and 2 August (Friday to Sunday)
  • 7 August, 8 August, 9 August (Friday to Sunday)
  • 14 August, 15 August, 16 August (Friday to Sunday)

This year’s festival will feature 18 new vendors, alongside returning favourites such as Slurp Your Oysters, Craft’B, and Jett BBQ.

One of the biggest highlights is the debut of Chef’s Grill, an eight-course omakase-inspired dining experience held in an air-conditioned beachfront pavilion. Created in collaboration with the Singapore Chefs’ Association, the experience lets diners watch chefs showcase various live-fire cooking techniques up close.

Three mainstay vendors, namely Sentosa Golf Club, R&B Grill Bar, and ASAP & CO, will anchor the experience throughout the festival, while a rotating guest chef concept means the menu changes across different weekends.

Beyond the omakase experience, festival-goers can look forward to plenty of grilled favourites. At the Local Grills zone, crowd favourite Swag Social will be firing up its signature Shio Kombu Beef Cubes, alongside DAMN, which won the People’s Choice Award at last year’s festival and is bringing back its popular dry-aged beef burger.

The International Grills zone will feature everything from Korean BBQ and Japanese Wagyu bowls to Taiwanese street food. New vendors include Umi Matsuri, which specialises in robatayaki-style grilling, and 8 Degree Taiwanese Bistro, serving the popular Taiwanese sausage wrapped in sticky rice.

Meanwhile, Beachside Grills will see the return of Jett BBQ’s famous dinosaur ribs, alongside new additions such as Smokin’ Joe’s Australian Wagyu ribeye, and grilled banana topped with chocolate ice cream from ChillBro.

Visitors can also check out the new Marketplace by Indoguna, where premium meats, seafood, vegetables, and gourmet ingredients can be selected and cooked to order on-site. There will also be a dedicated Sunset Lounge by Asahi with live music, DJ sets, and beachfront views for those looking to wind down by the sea.
