Salmon lovers, get ready. Sushi-GO is launching a new seasonal menu from 2 June to 31 August 2026, headlined by the viral Salmon Noodles.

ICYMI: Salmon noodles have been making waves recently. This dish features generous slices of raw salmon, shaped like long noodles, paired with a umami-rich broth or dipping sauce! You can read all about this viral dish from our Sakeshi The Salmon House coverage; the Beauty World restaurant’s version features cold noodles in a yuzu-infused broth, with thick sashimi noodles served on the side.

Sushi-Go’s rendition is priced at $9.50++ per portion. Each serving comes with thick cuts of fresh salmon noodles and a chilled dipping sauce.

If you love deep-fried anything, get the Crispy Salmon Katsu ($6.80++) with tartar sauce or the comforting Salmon Katsu Don ($8.80++) for something more substantial. There’s also the option to add uni ($1++) or ikura ($2++) to elevate your meal!

The new salmon menu is available for dine-in only, while stocks last, at all Sushi-GO outlets islandwide. Locations include VivoCity, Jurong Point, and Punggol Coast Mall.
