If you’re a big fan of the matcha latte trend, you’ll be happy to know that the Kyoto-famous Ippodo TeaĀ has a kiosk at the fair. The tea producer has been around for over 300 years, and are known for their premium matcha powders. Highlights include the Horai-no-mukashi Matcha (from $30), said to boast vegetal flavours and a mild taste, and Ummon-no-mukashi Matcha (from $50), known to be one of the richest powders with a strong umami.

Staff from the Kyoto tea shop are running the pop-up, so you can ask them all your burning questions about matcha!
