If you frequent Jewel Changi Airport, you may have come across a new face in the mall. The luxury fashion brand has opened The Coach Restaurant, marking their latest venture into the dining scene, following The Coach Coffee Shop at Resorts World Sentosa and The Coach Bar in Chinatown.

Designed as a modern New York-style steakhouse, the 56-seat restaurant overlooks Jewel’s Rain Vortex.

Diners can look forward to hearty woodfire-grilled dishes, from classic steaks and grilled seafood to American-style pizza slices, hot dogs, New York-inspired desserts and more.

The kitchen is helmed by Chef Kurt Sombero, who cut his teeth at Burnt Ends and Meatsmith Little India. From the butcher’s selection, highlights include USDA Prime cuts, priced from $40++ for a 200g Hanger Steak, and Japanese Satsuma Wagyu A5, which starts at $95++ for a 250g Striploin.

Each steak is served with roasted garlic, assorted condiments, and your choice of butter shaped into Coach’s signature “C” logo: unsalted, garlic, or jalapeno.

Other highlights from the grill include the Lemon Thyme Roasted Chicken ($65+++), which serves two, and Maine Lobster ($95++), finished with black pepper hollandaise.

You’ll also find New York diner staples here, ranging from The Chicken Bucket ($28++), which comes with five crispy chicken drumsticks served with housemade sauces, to the NY Hot Dog ($12++), featuring beef sausage on a brioche bun with relish and onion. Otherwise, grab a slice of The NY Slice ($9++): New York-style pizza slice topped with tomato and mozzarella.

To complement the food, the restaurant features a 100-bottle all-American wine list curated by Head Sommelier Jane Yoon, alongside a selection of cocktails: Classic Martini ($12++), Espresso Martini ($28++) and more.

Don’t miss out on the desserts, too. We’re eyeing the 20 Layer Chocolate Cake ($18++) and Flaming PB&J Bombe Alaska ($18++), starring peanut butter and jelly with meringue, torched tableside till golden.
