Most diners visit the newly opened eatery for their Varitos ($9), which is essentially long, skinny fries that come in a variety of flavours: snow cheese, sour cream and onion, spicy lime, truffle, and spicy seaweed.

If you love dipping sauces, you can get a variety of sweet and savoury condiments here, including honey mustard, BBQ, spicy mayo, chocolate, and Thousand Island for an additional $9 each.

Their Beef Chilli Varichos ($14) is another steady seller, featuring nacho chips covered with minced beef in a spicy tomato sauce and a generous drizzle of melted cheese. Otherwise, they also have the Salsa Guacamole ($12) or Cheesy Cheese ($10), the latter being Vary.sg’s take on the classic nachos chips.

If you’re not a fan of nacho chips, their Beef Chilli Jack Varispud ($14) is a great alternative; it features a baked potato that’s mashed and then stuffed with butter, cheddar cheese, and a generous amount of spicy minced beef, topped with mayo sauce as the finishing touch. If you prefer a more pronounced cheese flavour, opt for the Plain Jack Spud Varispud ($10) instead.
