Indulging in brunch on weekends is a beloved pastime for many Singaporeans, but imagine skipping the long queues at a cafe and having an aesthetically pleasing spread delivered to your doorstep. You can now make this a reality with With Love, Maxine—a popular home-based bakery offering Instagram-worthy brunch sets and Levain-style cookies.Â
Behind With Love, Maxine is Adinda, a self-taught baker inspired by her love for hosting her friends and family at home. Since opening her home-based business in October 2023, Maxine, her beloved canine, has always accompanied her whenever she is busy preparing orders. Â
The Weekend Brunch Set For Two (from $56) is her signature item, available for order every Friday to Sunday.Â
What makes her brunch sets so special is that Adina personally selects fresh ingredients from the market in the morning, and curates the menu accordingly, with both sweet and savoury items. Yes, this means you get to try something new from With Love, Maxine every week.Â
Most recently, the Weekend Brunch Set For Two: Mother’s Day edition featured Rosemary Garlic Confit Focaccia, Sweet Potato Cheddar Shakshuka with Sriracha Butter, Earl Grey Biscuits with Ispahan Jam, Pistachio Macaron Cake, and Elderflower White Peach & Cream.  Â
Beyond brunch sets, With Love, Maxine also offers its Signature Collection of 6 Generous Cookies ($42), featuring thick Levain-style cookies known for their crispy edges and chewy, gooey centres.Â
Within the cookie collection, you’ll find unique flavours such as Astha, made with pure pistachio paste, citrus peel and white chocolate chunks. Summer Road Trip features a pairing that can hardly go wrong—strawberry and white chocolate. For something different, try the Paris Brest, which reinterprets the classic French entremet. The cookie switches things up with its praline centre made with hazelnuts and salted caramel.Â
Of course, chocolate lovers will be intrigued by Dance In The Rainforest, Picnic Date, and Seaside Soiree, which feature milk chocolate cashew, raspberry jam dark chocolate, and dark chocolate sea salt respectively.Â
At With Love, Maxine, you can also order the Classic Buttermilk Biscuits (two for $13) to host high tea sessions in your own crib. The biscuits are made with premium French butter, and are slightly tangy thanks to the buttermilk.Â
With Love, Maxine also caters to bread lovers with their Babkaã…£Soft Buttery Braided Bread (from $24). For those who don’t know, babka is a classic Jewish breakfast loaf. Soft and moist, the buttery brioche braided bread is perfect for breakfast or a tea break. It is available in two flavours: the sweet Dark Chocolate with Valrhona Guanaja 70% and the savoury Cream Cheese Everything Bagel.Â
To place an order, simply head to With Love, Maxine’s official website. Currently, you can either opt for self pick-up in Victory Centre, or get your orders delivered islandwide with an additional $10 delivery fee.   Â
