Yue Long Men, a hotpot chain, first came onto our radar for their free-flow xiao long bao buffet. This year, they are upping the ante with a brand-new all-you-can-eat buffet concept with 40 hotpot items, priced from $18.80 nett.
The ala carte-style buffet comes in two options. Value Lunch is available at $18.80 nett from Monday to Friday, and $19.80 nett on weekends, between 11:30am to 4:30pm. This option is only 70 minutes long, and has a much leaner menu than the 90-minute Popular Buffet, an all-day affair priced at $24.80++ from Monday to Thursday, and $25.80 nett from Friday to Sunday, from 11:30am to 9pm.

Both buffets entitle you to free-flow items from over 40 hotpot categories, side dishes, ice cream, and condiments. Items to look out for include American beef brisket, pork collar, seafood, and hot sides like dumplings.
The Popular Buffet steps up the value-for-money factor by increasing the free-flow items to include pork belly, lamb, and deep-fried sides. You also get free flow lu rou fan as a savoury hot dish, and unlimited bubble tea for dessert, all from $24.80++.

For broth, there are nine options to pick from, including tomato, soya milk, herbal, and kimchi.
All this is available at their newly-opened branch at NEX, at the level four Food Junction.
Alternatively, Yue Long Men has another outlet at Chinatown, though that does not have the same buffet array.
