One of Singapore’s most happening celebrations is just around the corner, and while we’re busy planning reunion dinners with our loved ones, there’s another thing on our checklist that’s just as important: yusheng delivery for our lo hei. We’ve compiled a list of the best yusheng to order for Chinese New Year 2025 so you have one less thing to worry about.
Gourmetz is a popular halal-certified catering service with over 20 years of experience, offering hearty bento meals, exciting buffet experiences, and fun menus all year round. This year, they have a special CNY series as part of their catering services, where you can have yusheng platter and Chinese delights delivered to your house. Speaking of yusheng, this festive salad is typically delivered and eaten on the spot. With Gourmetz, however, you have the choice of gifting your loved ones the Abundant Wealth Yu Sheng with Smoked Salmon ($78+), which comes beautifully packed in a luxurious, vibrant orange box, and complete with a customisable gift card. Open it and you’ll find a winning combination of premium smoked salmon and over 10 ingredients to complete your lo hei experience. Here’s a tip: place your order by 18 January 2025 to enjoy $8.88 festive delivery!
Aside from yusheng, Gourmetz also has dishes to complete any CNY meal or gathering. If you’re hosting a gathering of up to 10 guests, go all out with the 2025 Reunion Edition Crave Case priced at $300.88+ (U.P. $338.88+). It only takes one glance to notice that the items are thoughtfully packaged in a festive edition of Gourmetz’s tiered-takeaway Crave Case box. This way, the variety of dishes doesn’t just stay put during delivery, but also comes neatly organised for easy consumption. A set of their Reunion Edition Crave Case is all you need as there are more than 10 of Gourmetz’s crowd favourite dishes within: deep-fried Crispy Prawn Roll with Sauce for the seafood lovers, a rich and comforting bowl of Double Treasure Fish Maw Soup for diners of all ages, and the must-have Yusheng Platter. For dessert, the menu rounds off with the Sweet Happiness Platter, featuring sweet treats such as the Golden Sesame Ball, Signature Pumpkin Kueh, and Assorted Cream Tarts.
Again, place your order by 18 January 2025 to enjoy early bird prices and $8.88 festive delivery, but worry not if you miss the deal, as you can enjoy 10% off on your total bill when you order from their Lunar New Year menu between 19 January and 27 January 2025. The last time we went down to Yu Cun Curry Fish Head, we were impressed by their rich and robust Royal Flush Seafood Curry Fish Head Pot, so we were thrilled when we heard the famous zi char restaurant has launched a lineup of festive dishes. Their curated set menus, perfect for six to 10 diners, will be around till 12 February 2025.
For those hosting a group of six or so, we recommend getting their CNY Set A ($398++), which heartily comes with seven dishes. Start your celebration with the Yu Cun Prosperity Yu Sheng, a colourful salad that brings your loved ones together. You can then move on to Yu Cun’s Signature Claypot Curry Fish Head, a moreish claypot comprising fresh seafood and lots of veggies. The signature dish is followed by four more dishes such as the Braised Scallop and Fish Maw with Broccoli and Bonito Flakes Pork Ribs, and rounded off with some Chilled Longan Ice Jelly. With more than 10 outlets in Singapore, Kuriya Japanese Market is your one-stop destination for Chinese New Year food shopping. What’s better: their offerings are all available at nett prices, including the bestseller Abundance Yu Sheng ($66.80). Perfect for eight to 10 diners, this huge, vibrant yusheng platter comes crowned with the freshest sashimi. You get eight pieces of tuna, eight pieces of yellow tail, and 12 pieces of salmon. Sashimi aside, the festive salad features yusheng must-haves. These include seasoned seaweed and jellyfish as the yusheng’s base as well as fresh shredded greens, all served with Kuriya Japanese Market’s signature tangy yuzu sauce made with Japan’s famous yuzu from Kochi Prefecture.
Don’t forget to redeem free red packets and a limited edition huat yusheng mat with every purchase of their Abundance Yu Sheng. The latter can be used to amp up your yusheng display and is also great for keeping the dining area clean after all the tossing during lo hei!
The deal doesn’t end here: DBS or POSB Cardholders get an $8 return voucher with every in-store purchase of Abundance Yu Sheng, charged to a DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Card, while stocks last.
A platter of yusheng alone isn’t enough to feed a big group, so we recommend getting Kuriya Japanese Market’s other CNY Delights conveniently delivered in a cooler bag. There are plenty of dishes to choose from, spanning pencai, sushi platter, and other CNY classics. It’s truly one of the most hassle-free ways to prep your gatherings as all you have to do is reheat your dish of choice and plate however you like.

Psst: if you’ve made it to this section, quote our special promo code ‘EB10’ and enjoy $10 off on yusheng and CNY Delights, excluding bundles and Party Platters, with a minimum spend of $100 via this order link. This deal is available till 9 February 2025.

Rooftop restaurant Artemis Grill is the place to head to for a fancy CNY gathering you don’t mind splurging on. From 13 January to 12 February 2025, enjoy their premium yusheng with your friends and family while relishing the breathtaking panoramic views of Marina Bay.
There are two yusheng sets to choose from, namely the Silver Set ($68++) and the Gold Set ($148++). We encourage the former for a small group of three to four, whereas the latter is a better alternative for a group of five to eight. Both sets come with fresh salmon and ikura caviar, but the Gold Set also comprises Hokkaido scallop and hamachi, AKA Japanese amberjack. Besides these finest ingredients, the festive salad features pickled wakame, red cabbage, carrot, sesame, peanut, daikon radish, and tapioca crackers. It’s then topped with shredded gold leaf as the finishing touch! FYI, their items must be pre-ordered one day in advance, so plan accordingly and make your order ASAP.
