Great news for Filipinos craving a taste of home: right on the heels of Shawarma Shack’s debut in Singapore comes Mary Grace, a popular bakery cafe preparing to open their first international outlet here, early next year. But before that, the Filipino chain will be hosting an online-exclusive Christmas pop-up from 21 November 2025!Â
Shawarma Shack: Famous Filipino Chain Opens In SG With Loaded Wraps From $5.80
For the uninitiated, the brand started as a small bakery in 2002, with the first cafe opening in 2006. They currently have over 140 outlets and kiosks in the Philippines.
They first launched in Singapore with their Batch #001 pop-up that took place from 11 to 13 September 2025, which sold out quickly thanks to overwhelming demand.Â

Pre-orders for their Christmas pop-up start at 8am on 21 November 2025, with deliveries available from 25 November onwards. On the menu are two of their signature bakes: Ensaymadas and Cheese Rolls.

Their timeless Ensaymadas features fluffy and buttery brioche topped with premium Edam cheese flown directly from Holland, and is priced at $31.50 for a box of six. This is easily their most popular takeaway item and, more importantly, one of their biggest claims to fame in the Philippines.

The Cheese Rolls ($24.50 for six) are equally comforting, featuring a soft, flaky roll filled with creamy cheese.Â
The upcoming pop-up will be available through deliveries only, and you can place your orders on their website, while stocks last. You can also enjoy free delivery on orders exceeding $70. Do keep an eye on their Instagram page for the latest updates on delivery dates.

While we still don’t have any news on where their Singapore cafe will be located, we do know that you can expect a warm and cosy space, perfect for savouring their delicious bakes and drinks, including their creamy Hot Chocolate (price TBD). There will also be several Singapore-exclusive items, which fans can look forward to when the cafe finally opens.
The bakery-cum-cafe is just one of several Filipino brands making their way to Singapore. JT’s Manukan Grille, a well-loved chain, arrived to much fanfare in April last year, while Gerry’s Grill Singapore, another popular Filipino restaurant chain, has been long-standing here.
