Popular Korean Bakery B For Bagel Pops Up At Suntec With Over 30 Flavours

B For Bagel has a pop-up at Suntec with new bagel flavours

Every time B For Bagel, a Korean bakery that specialises in bagels, rolls out something new, you bet our team is there in a heartbeat. Previously, we tried the viral cracking lattes—coffee beverages served in a cup lined with a chocolate shell. This time, the Korean bakery is taking things up a notch with a separate pop-up at Suntec City featuring over 30 bagels from 12 August to 7 September 2025.

The pop-up is held at where Bakery 1946—another popular Korean bakery—used to be. You’ll be greeted with a vibrant display of bagels in all colours and sizes, including old favourites and newly launched creations.

There are more than 10 new flavours, and we tried a fair share of both sweet and savoury variations.

We were happy to see a bagel version of Bakery 1946’s viral K-Apple Bread here. Named the Apple Bagel ($8.30), it features a chewy bagel bun packed with sweet apple jam and savoury cream cheese.

A similar yet sweeter option is the Honey Mascarpone Cream Cheese Bagel ($9.50), which boasts a creamy and buttery mouthfeel with every bite. We recommend sharing this with a friend, as it gets a tad cloying towards the end.

Other yummy flavours include the Chocolate Cream Bagel ($9.50) and Black Sesame Cream Cheese Bagel ($8.50).

Both bagels come packed to the brim with bittersweet chocolate cream and nutty black sesame filling, respectively.

If cream-filled bagels aren’t your thing, the simpler Hotteok Bagel ($6.90) or Mocha Bagel ($6.50) is a better choice.

For the uninitiated, hotteok is a popular Korean street food that features a palm-sized pancake filled with honey and nuts. Similar to this snack, the bagel version comprises nuts, sesame seeds, and honey.

The aforementioned bagels are on the sweeter side, but there are plenty of savoury options too. Their Cheese Olive Bagel ($6.90) and Honey Triple Cheese Bagel ($6.90) were two of our favourites, the latter being ideal for those who appreciate a sweet-savoury combination.

There’s also a refrigerated corner with cream bagels, where you’ll find the stunning Matcha Cream Bagel ($9). If you’re not big on matcha, opt for the classic Fresh Milk Cream Bagel ($8) instead.

You can find B For Bakery’s pop-up at Suntec City Tower 3 till 7 September 2025. The bakery is open every day from 11am to 9pm, but we encourage you to head down earlier so that most bakes are still available.
