Calling all seafood lovers: Red House Seafood’s CNY menu is here to hit the spot. Their dine-in reunion dinner set menus start at $598++ and are available for booking from 9 January to 5 February, with a one-day advance reservation. Expect dishes such as the refreshing Ice Plant Yu Sheng, served with either salmon slices, abalone, or lobster, and other unique ingredients. Other highlights include the Steamed Dragon Tiger Grouper Fish with Fresh Clam, served with a live grouper that is deboned for ease.

Those who prefer takeaways can opt for the likes of the Royal Seafood Pot. Priced at $298+ for six, the pot elevates pencai with whole crab, lobster, and tiger prawns.
