This is for those people who claim they “jia la” at the mala stall, as the Indonesian-style sambal served at Mrs Hen is seriously no joke. The stall is known for the Ayam Geprek Sambal Signature ($8.60), which has smashed fried chicken topped with their signature super spicy sambal served alongside some white rice and achar. We also recommend the Terong Geprek Sambal Platter ($8.50), which has the signature red chilli, green chilli, and Balinese lemongrass chilli atop a hefty slab of fried eggplant.
