Homegrown souffle pancake cafe Fluff Stack started out as a single outlet in Suntec City, and has since expanded to malls like Westgate and Northpoint. In a seeming quest to make a mark on all corners of our city, the latest Fluff Stack outlet is slated to open in Tampines 1, in end-April 2021.
Along with this news, Fluff Stack has also announced an expanded menu, with more new flavours. Notable ones include the Pistacchio Siciliano ($15.50), where a pistachio-flavoured pancakes are served with pistachio cream, almond nougat, and dried apricot.

Durian lovers, get hyped by the arrival of the Musang King Durian ($17.50), a stack made with 100% mao shan wang durian, topped with a gula melaka syrup, then dressed with coconut sago. This is only available from Monday to Thursday.
If the classics are what you want, then the All-Time Classic ($9.80), Hazelnut Chocolate ($14.50), Strawberry Cheese ($14.50), and Mango Passionfruit ($15.80) are still on the menu.
Fluff Stack’s pancakes feature a batter that is made from scratch daily, and all pancakes are freshly made to order, retaining their cloud-like jiggly texture. Because of this, do expect a little bit of a wait between your order and the pancakes arriving at your table, but it’s well worth it.
If you’re an East-sider trying to tide over the wait till Fluff Stack arrives, check out our Tampines food guide for other dining options in the mall.
