Keming Bing Sat: Popular Cha Chaan Teng Opens At Funan With Outlet-Exclusive Dishes

Keming Bing Sat opens second outlet at Funan

Hong Kong-famous Keming Bing Sat needs little introduction—this popular restaurant was the talk of the town when it opened its first Singapore outpost at Plaza Singapura. If you’re a fan of the cha chaan teng’s char siew rice, good news—Keming Bing Sat is opening a second store at Funan Mall on 14 November 2025, with outlet-exclusive dishes.

Before we introduce the two outlet-exclusive dishes at the Funan branch, we can’t forget about the chain’s famous Char Siew Rice ($10.90++). This dish is touted as the “No. 1 Best-Selling Char Siew Rice in China”, featuring a plate of Wuchang rice topped with charred, caramelised char siew, two sunny-side-up eggs, and some greens. Apparently, a whopping 3.3 million bowls of this dish are sold in just a year!

If you’d like to try something different at the new Funan outlet, go for the Prosperity Lava Polo Bun ($5.90++). This buttery, fragrant treat stars a sweet and crispy exterior that contrasts with the soft and fluffy bread within. It’s then finished with some house-made milk sauce.

Another outlet-exclusive dish to consider is the gorgeous Lucky Peach Milk Pudding ($7.90++), shaped to resemble a peach. Once you cut it open, you’ll be greeted with a creamy milk pudding core.

Pair your hearty meals with a drink from the Little Bear Creations series, such as the refreshing Signature Iced Lemon Tea ($4.90++) or crowd-favourite Little Bear Iced Hong Kong Milk Tea ($4.90++).

Speaking of these drinks, you can enjoy 50% off any of the Little Bear Creations beverages from 2:30pm to 5:30pm every day. Do note that this promotion is only available at the Funan outlet. We don’t know when the deal ends, so make full use of it while you still can.

The Funan store officially opens on 14 November 2025. For easy access, the mall is a quick three-minute walk from City Hall MRT Station. It’s open daily from 8am to 10pm, making it the ideal spot for all three meals.

Please extend some grace if you encounter any hiccups along the way, as the new establishment needs time to settle in and find its feet.
