McDonald’s Jjang Jjang Burger Is Back With New Kimchi Beef Patty, Get Crisscut Fries Too

McDonald’s Jjang Jjang Burger is back

It’s that time again when McDonald‘s brings back another limited-season burger—the popular Jjang Jjang Burger that was launched to much success last year.

This time, the Korean-inspired burger comes with the same chicken and beef options, but with a new, kimchi-spiced twist on the beef version.

The previous edition of the Jjang Jjang Beef Burger starred a quarter pounder beef patty with a tangy Korean sauce; this year, the beef patty itself is zhnged up with kimchi, AKA the classic Korean side dish of fermented cabbage.

Prices for the Jjang Jjang Beef Burger start from $8.30 for the a la carte burger, or $10.30 for a meal.

The Jjang Jjang Chicken Burger similarly comes as an a la carte option for $8.30, or from $10.30 for meal options. This chicken patty is fried to crispy perfection, then slathered in a sweet-spicy Korean sauce and served with lettuce plus sliced tomatoes between soft burger buns.

That’s not all, the all-time favourite Crisscut Fries are back too! Add them to your meal for $4.90 if you’re getting a medium-sized serve, or $5.20 for a large.

To complete your meal, try the latest McD’s drink: a Lychee Oolong Frappe (from $5.55) for a cool alternative to your afternoon cuppa, where roasted oolong meets lychee’s fruity sweetess. It’s finished with whipped cream for extra indulgence too.

These new items have launched in all McDonald’s outlets and on McDelivery islandwide starting from today, 27 April 2023. They’re only available after breakfast, and while stocks last only!

If you’re looking for other burger options, Wildfire Burgers is now open at Roberston Quay with a new Triple Bacon Burger and Baileys Oreo Milkshake! For a McDonald’s option that you can never go wrong with, there’s the permanent return of the Quarter Pounder.
