NutriSoy Has Hojicha Soy Latte Made With Roasted Green Tea Powder

NutriSoy launches Hojicha Latte at all major supermarkets

If you’re a fan of hojicha, you may be surprised to learn that NutriSoy, the popular soy milk brand by F&N, has put its own spin on the Japanese tea. For a limited time only, you can get the NutriSoy Hojicha Soy Latte at all major supermarkets and convenience stores.

Priced at $2.98 for 946ml and $1.87 for 475ml, this drink takes the roasted, slightly nutty notes of hojicha and pairs it with the creamy NutriSoy taste many of us know and love. And because soy milk is obviously lactose-free, this is a good option for those who enjoy their tea latte but would rather avoid milk.

We tried the drink and found it to be a decent take on a soy-based hojicha latte, with a pleasant, nutty aroma. However, we felt that the hojicha flavour could be more prominent—even though there was actual roasted ground green tea powder listed on the ingredient box.

We aren’t sure exactly how long the Hojicha Soy Latte will be available, so do drop by your nearest supermarket as soon as you can to try it!

Speaking of limited-time-only items, McDonald’s has launched its new Curry Chicken McNuggets, said to be inspired by the nation’s favourite nugget condiment—the curry sauce. The Curry Chicken McNuggets (from $8.70 for an Extra Value Meal) are sold in a box of six, nine, or 20 pieces depending on your party size. Open the box and you’ll instantly get a whiff of curry, with aromatic hints of onion, garlic, and ginger once you take a bite.
