Paris Baguette Has New Rum-Infused Cream Croissants From 9 June 2020

Paris Baguette is launching new cream-filled croissants

I spend most of my free time watching baking videos at home, and one of the most mesmerising processes to witness is the making of croissants. The classic pastry is a type of laminated dough made from alternating layers of dough and butter which—from what I’ve watched—takes a lot of time and work to perfect. Paris Baguette has taken this bakery staple to the next level with their new 3 Cheers Croissant series, featuring flaky croissants filled with rum-infused cream.

This newly launched series will be available from 9 June 2020, for takeaway and islandwide delivery. Do note that these croissants are only available at selected Paris Baguette outlets, namely Wisma Atria, Suntec City, Jem, Jewel Changi, Changi Airport T3, Bugis Junction, Hong Leong Building, Shenton Way, Robinson Road and UOB Plaza.

There is no minimum order required for delivery, but all orders are subject to a flat delivery fee of $10. According to the Korean bakery, if you place an order that exceeds $80, expect a small surprise to arrive with your pastries!

The three featured flavours are a sweet and nutty Rum & Almond Caramel, a bittersweet Rum & Chocolate Cacao, and a delicate, tea-infused Rum & Earl Grey. Each of these buttery pastries are priced at $6.50 if you buy them individually, but from 9 June to 19 July 2020, you can get them in bundles of three ($18) or bundles of six ($33) at a discounted rate.

With Father’s Day fast approaching, instead of picking out a basic cake, maybe you could get him a box of these alcohol-spiked pastries instead. Alternatively, if your pop is a bread lover, grab him a box of Paris Baguette’s Korean soft buns, which are priced at $20, and also available for islandwide delivery.
