A common sweet and savoury combination that most of us are familiar with, and often have at a fast food restaurant, is french fries and vanilla ice-cream. Well, it’s time to try something new as Popeyes is changing the game with their latest dish. They just launched their new Chicken & Waffle ($6.90 for a la carte, $8.90 for a set meal), which will be available at all outlets from today.
The Chicken & Waffle comes with a deep-fried chicken thigh that is drizzled with nacho cheese sauce, chilli sauce, and maple syrup. It is then sandwiched between two pieces of crispy rectangular-shaped waffles.
This special item on the menu will only last till late April so head on down to Popeyes to try it soon!
