In collaboration with award-winning Teochew Chef Eric Low, Grain offers three tailored packages to suit any celebration size, at home or at work. 10. Ban Lan

Ban Lan, a Michelin-approved Fujian restaurant in Orchard, has rolled out its first Lunar New Year Set Menu since opening in Singapore in 2025. From 9 February to 3 March 2026, indulge in something a little different this year with famous Hokkien dishes featured in the Longevity Pen Cai ($599++) set. FYI, you need to pre-order this at least one day in advance.

While it’s on the pricier side, the Longevity Pen Cai is a seven-course menu comprising a premium selection of dishes, including abalone, spiny sea cucumber, and live black tiger prawns. Ban Lan’s signature roasted chicken is also part of the set, featuring meat so tender it practically falls off the bone with minimal effort.
