The restaurant, headed by Chef-Partner Mirko Febbrile, a former chef at Michelin-starred Braci, brings legit Italian cuisine to Singapore while embracing a no-frills, no-waste sort of dining tradition.
Here, you have the option to dine comfortably in the air-conditioned area or enjoy an al fresco experience beneath the canopies on the terraces. Visit at around 5:30pm to catch a view of the sunset.
A must-try is their focaccina that’s similar to focaccia. Choose from three different types: Tropea Onions ($18++), Piennolo Giallo Tomatoes ($22++), and San Marzano Tomatoes ($22++). Get their house-made fresh pasta such as the Spaghetti ($26++) that’s served from a pecorino wheel, good for those who love cheese. For dessert, indulge in their Solein Chocolate Gelato, the world’s first dessert crafted with 100% vegan protein derived from pure air.
