While Marché is arguably the most iconic place to get rosti in Singapore, there are definitely more affordable places for the popular Swiss dish, such as the subject of this article: ROSTii. Located within Far East Square, this Muslim-owned kiosk serves up rosti from just $5!

The $5 option in question is the Classic ROSTii, which is the classic crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside shredded potatoes. Of course, it also comes with a dollop of sour cream.

But most people visit ROSTii for their unique spins on the dish, such as the Beef Gochujang ROSTii ($12). Here, minced beef is flavoured with fermented red chilli paste, delivering a savoury, spicy-sweet punch.

If you don’t mind spending more, get the Smoked Wagyu Brisket ROSTii ($15), which comes paired with slices of Wagyu brisket slathered in barbecue sauce. Some reviews praised the beef for being succulent and smoky!

Other options include the Chicken Herb Sausage ($12), Tomato Napolitana ($12), and Smoked Salmon ROSTii ($12). If a single topping feels a little sparse, you can always top up with extra add-ons to turn it into a truly hearty bowl.
