Sentosa Mastercard Gastronomy Trail 2025
If your usual post-work routine of shopping, dinner, and a movie feels a little uninspired, it’s time to switch things up this April with Sentosa’s Mastercard Gastronomy Trail. Running from now till the end of May, this annual event invites Mastercard holders to indulge in a one-of-a-kind dining experience away from the city’s hustle—ideal for unwinding after work or celebrating special moments with loved ones. Throughout the trail, six restaurants will present specially curated course menus and sharing platters, with prices starting at an affordable $40++.Â
Use the trail as an excuse to spend an overdue beach day with the clique. Two Sentosa waterfront dining destinations—Summerhouse Beach Club and Rumours Beach Club—tout Mastercard-exclusive menus and island vibes, perfect for a pick-me-up between pool time and sunbathing.
For a fuss-free meal guaranteed to hit the spot, swing by Summerhouse Beach Club for their 4-Course Set Meal, priced at $57.55 nett. Each meal gets you a Chef’s Salad to start, and your pick from one of two juicy burgers.Â

The Skypark Signature Burger is your classic cheeseburger done right, while the Pineapple Chicken Burger offers a sweet and savoury twist. Wash it all down with a mocktail, and a scoop of ice cream to beat the heat. It’s worth noting that this beach club shares space with the AJ Hackett attractions, but you’ll want to make sure you book that bungy jump before, not after, your meal.

If you don’t have the stomach for extreme sports, mosey over to Rumours Beach Club, which stars three pools and a restaurant best known for its Indonesian barbecue fare. Even better is the fact that Mastercard holders score their Island Gastro Set for just $58.80++ (U.P. $79.40++), a mouthwatering melange of Balinese classics.Â
Dig into the Crispy Pork Belly Fried Rice, AKA babi guling, where pork skewers, a sunny side up egg, and Indonesian pickles are accompanied by fiery sambal matah. A serving of Black Mussels, basted in the Chef’s Black Pepper Sauce, is up next.Â
Then, dig into their Australian Lamb Shoulder Chops, grilled with a moreish house soy glaze, and served with a side of sambal kecap.
If you’d like more seafood to go with your meal, add on the Jimabaran-style barbecued Seafood Platter ($188.80++), a Rumours signature. Here, you get bamboo lobster, a whole squid, whole red snapper, and flower clams, all marinated in a kicap manis sauce before they hit the grill.
Planning a laidback group dinner? Zone in on the $40++ 4-Course Set Menu deal at Market Hall at Southside. The open-concept food hall is home to multiple Sentosa-only dining concepts, ranging from woodfired pizzas, and grilled meats to local delights. For the trail, Market Hall presents a streamlined menu of its most popular offerings, giving you an excuse to feast your way through all the stalls on-site.
A meal starts with an ultra-creamy Wild Truffled Mushroom Soup, followed by a main course of your choice. We went for 4AM’s Shrek Pizza (+$10), fired in a traditional Moretti pizza oven. Seafood fans will go ga-ga for this Neapolitan-inspired pie, which comes generously topped with fresh crab chunks, sitting on a spicy and zesty white sauce base.Â
If you prefer a protein-packed dinner instead, zone in on the Grilled Spatchcock Chicken or Pan Seared Seabass from Butcher’s Grill. Each set comes with your choice of dessert from gelateria Tutto, and a glass of house pour craft beer—either alcoholic or non-alcoholic—red, or white wine.Â
Date night in the cards, but you’re lost on where to take bae? Get in their good books by treating them to a meal at SKIRT, a W Singapore, Sentosa Cove restaurant with a focus on open-fire cooking. Grab your Mastercard and unlock a 4-Course Set Menu for $88++, starring some of SKIRT’s signature grilled meats.Â
The meal begins with a rich and velvety Roasted Pumpkin Soup—a dish that may sound simple but delivers pure indulgence. This luxurious velouté is elevated with succulent Canadian lobster and a drizzle of lobster oil, infusing every spoonful with deep, umami richness.Â
Up next is your choice between the Grilled Shirobuta Pork Collar or the Sanchoku Wagyu Picanha MB4-5 Steak (+$30++), both sitting on a bed of creamy smoked truffle mash. To close, go for either the Chocolate Madness, a decadent flourless chocolate cake, or the Smoked Cheese Cake, paired with almost-candied roasted pineapples.Â
Score bonus points by topping up $40++ per person for wine pairing, expertly curated by SKIRT’s discerning sommeliers.Â
Another stellar special occasion option is The Cliff at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa. On a balmy night, opt for al fresco seating and feast against the backdrop of the South China Sea. Naturally, the stunning view is matched by an equally impressive mod-Italian menu from the mind of celebrated chef Bjoern Alexander.
Mastercard holders get a 4-course Set Menu at just $80++ per person. Diners can choose between two options for each course across the classic Italian lineup: antipasti, primo, secondo, and dolce. Our recommendations? Start with the Shrimp Carpaccio, where sweet, thinly sliced prawns meet a refreshing citrus dressing.
Chase that with the simple, hearty Ravioli With Smoked Ricotta for your pasta course, and the fork-tender Wagyu Beef Cheek, paired with ratatouille. Save space for dessert, where you’ll get to pick between a bracing Lemon Tart or a portion of classic Tiramisu. Further elevate your meal with wine pairings, priced at $40++ per person.

While not technically in Sentosa, Dusk @ Mount Faber Park is just a cable car ride away from the island, and an ultra-romantic option for a date.Â

Their Mastercard-only Sharing Platter is a steal at $60++ for two people and comes with three delightful local bites: Singapore Chilli Crab Dip with Crispy Mantou, Grilled Chicken Satay, and Crispy Chicken Wings. You get two Midnight Sling cocktails to go with your platter too. This remix of the Singapore Sling highlights homegrown gin from Brass Lion Distillery and a medley of fruity and floral liqueurs.Â
Whether you’re planning a laid-back meal by the beach, a lavish steak dinner, or a romantic escape with a view, the Sentosa Mastercard Gastronomy Trail has something to satisfy every craving. Be sure to head down before the end of May to make the most of these discounts.Â
