The Providore has closed all its outlets in Singapore
We’re disheartened to share that yet another well-known F&B brand has closed as of 9 March 2026. The Providore, a restaurant chain that’s been operating since 2013, has officially closed all its outlets in Singapore. This news came as a surprise, announced via an Instagram post on the restaurant’s account.
No one saw this coming, given that the brand had been a mainstay in the F&B scene for 13 years. Six outlets have closed, including locations at PLQ, VivoCity, and Raffles Place.
Our team was surprised, too, as it was less than a year ago that we enjoyed their 1-for-1 wine buffet. It was a treat for wine lovers, and paired well with some of their light bites, such as the Flaming Chicken Bites ($19.80++) and Crunchy Crab with Spicy Mayo ($19.80++).

The menu was extensive, with possibly over 30 items, ranging from light bites and mains to pastries and desserts. Diners especially loved the all-day brunch menu, available till 5pm, including Berry Ricotta Toast ($16.80++), Benedict Croissandwich ($18.90++), and Savoury Dutch Baby with Prosciutto Di Parma ($18.80++).
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to enjoy these dishes anymore. Not all hope is lost, though, as the restaurant concluded its Instagram post on an optimistic note: “We look forward to meeting you again in another form in the future.” So, stay tuned—you never know when an exciting update might appear.
