Twilight: Flea & Feast is back after last year’s resounding success. This year, you can expect over 30 food stalls selling an eclectic range of Muslim-friendly goodies including beef cubes, corndogs, and takoyaki. Held at Suntec Convention & Exhibition Centre from 8 to 10 November 2019, this free-entry event will also feature retail booths and plenty of entertainment including free movie screenings. 

Here are some food stalls you can find at this year’s Twilight: Flea & Feast.

1. Fooditude

Fooditude was one of my top picks at this year’s Geylang Serai Ramadan Bazaar, and you can bet I’ll be making a beeline for their fusion praffles again. Try their Truffle Cheese Praffles comprising mozzarella and a pool of truffle cheese, or the scrummy Chilli Crab Praffles boasting soft-shell crab and chilli crab sauce.

2. Beef Bro

Beef Bro will also have a booth at which you’ll find gorgeously seared Taiwanese-style beef cubes. They’ve recently expanded their offerings to include Mala Beef Cubes, Truffle Beef Cubes, and even Mentaiko Beef Cubes. I’ve personally tried the mala cubes three times, and they satisfied me on all occasions. Boasting a heavy dose of chilli oil and peppercorn, these meaty delights are a safe bet if you love all things spicy.

3. Alley

Bearing no relation to the famous Taiwanese brand of the same name, Alley will be providing the sugar rush you need with their selection of brown sugar-themed drinks which includes Fresh Milk, Cocoa Latte, and Creme Brulee. All these BBT come with freshly made pearls, which are warm and chewy.

4. Lobster Shack

For those who wanna load up on seafood goodness as they explore the festival grounds, Lobster Shack’s filling options will be right up your alley. The first time appearing at a pop-up event, the stall pushes out a range of lobster rolls featuring buttered brioche buns and fresh lobsters. The four flavours you will find include The Classic, Chilli Crab, Salted Egg, and a mysterious Basalla which toppings are kept a secret for now.
