2. Spice Brasserie

There are few things Singaporeans love more than a good buffet, and Spice Brasserie at PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road fits the bill with their Asian street food-inspired ala carte buffet offerings. From 15 December to 3 January, the hotel restaurant will be expanding their repertoire into a Festive Buffet ($58++ per adult), where you get to order from over 60 dishes, including Christmas-y treats like traditional roast turkey, and log cakes.

The Regent Hotel-based lounge is well-known for their Italian fare. This year-end, they have three Festive Party To Go Packages that will let you take your guests’ on a gastronomic journey.
