Award-Winning Burger And Fried Chicken Joint Wildfire Burgers Opens New Outlet Near Tanjong Pagar

Wildfire Burgers at Keppel

After taking a hiatus in 2019, award-winning burger joint Wildfire Burgers opened their restaurant at Bras Basah in the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) campus, serving gourmet Wagyu burgers and more at value-for-money prices. Just this week, they opened their latest outlet located at Keppel Road, near Tanjong Pagar.

All burgers on their menu are grilled to order using an INKA oven with Japanese binchotan charcoal, so you’re getting perfectly grilled burgers each time. Their Classic 001 Cheeseburger ($11++) is a satisfying combination of Black Angus beef, American cheese, caramelised onions, and brioche buns.

Another popular item on the menu is their Eggstarter ($10++). It comprises their soft, butter-folded eggs, topped with American cheese, caramelised onions, and brioche buns, for a soft and smooth texture in every bite.

If you want to kick it up a notch, get their SRF Wagyu Burger ($15++). It’s a steal for this price, as you get high-quality wagyu beef patties topped with the usual cheese, sandwiched between sweet brioche buns. This is a great deal for someone who’s looking for something fancier, without breaking the bank.

The Three Piece Fried Chicken ($12++) is not something to be missed as well. Wildfire Burgers’ chickens are delivered fresh at the crack of dawn, and then fried to perfection. Their shatteringly crisp skin accompanied with succulent meat gives you a good crunch while keeping it juicy.

Get some sides like Tater Tots ($7++), Truffle Parmesan Fries ($9++), and Golden Chicken Nuggets ($6++) to go with your meal or share with your friends. If you prefer desserts rather than savoury sides, get their signature Sliced Burnt Cheesecake ($6++), a no-crust cheesecake that’s creamy with a beautiful caramelisation on the top.
