This Ramadan, J65 at JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La is pulling out all the stops with their Sundown Fiesta Buffet, available from 3 March to 30 March 2025, 6:30pm to 9:30pm. The halal-certified iftar buffet spotlights over 60 dishes, ranging from freshly grilled seafood such as baby lobster and marinated squid to the classic Hyderabad Dum Briyani: roasted whole lamb that’s marinated with 10 spices for 24 hours.

Be sure to check out the alfresco live stations too, where you’ll be treated to Ayam Goreng Berempah Nasi Lemak Kukus—crispy fried chicken paired with fragrant coconut rice—and Marinated Lamb Tikka, complete with made-to-order naan and roti prata. Steamboat fans can also look forward to a Tom Yum Seafood Hotpot station doling out unlimited servings of hot and sour soup. Don’t leave without perusing the well-stocked dessert table, featuring Chendol Mousse Cake, Chocolate Panna Cota, and Durian Pengat—a creamy and indulgent treat made with durian and coconut milk.
