We had the Han Sang K-BBQ Set (RM42++ per person). If you do the math, that amounts to less than S$15 per person. This is probably one of the best prices for Korean BBQ buffets in both JB and Singapore! Note that a minimum of two people is required to enjoy the buffet, and there’s a dining limit of 90 minutes.

The set came with nine free-flow items: Pork Belly, Gochujang Pork Neck, Dwaejigalbi, Korean Fried Chicken, Kimchi Stew, Tteokbokki, Korean-Style Rice Balls, Gorgonzola Pizza, and Korean Ramyeon. This set alone comprises four different types of barbecued meat, so you’re getting huge bang for your buck! 

In case you were wondering, the meats are grilled at a central station and then brought to your table hot and ready to eat. We recommend pairing the tender pork belly with crunchy kimchi and lettuce for textural variety!

The Gorgonzola Pizza came with a generous amount of gooey melted cheese, and we were all for the sweet-savoury pairing between the crispy, chewy dough and honey dip.

For fans of Korean fried chicken, you’ll enjoy the crispy, well-seasoned chicken here, and we think kids will especially love it.

For those dreaming of making DIY instant noodles by the Han River in Korea, you can enjoy a slice of this Seoul dream and recreate the experience at Zen Plus Korean. Simply pick your favourite ramen flavour, cook it to your liking using the stoves provided, and then bring it to your table to enjoy it directly from the traditional pot.

Buffet aside, there are a la carte dishes such as the Kimchi Stew with Pork (RM29.80++), Carbonara Pasta (RM19.80++), and Pan Galbi (RM29.80++), the latter featuring sweet-savoury K-BBQ short ribs.

The restaurant is a 20-minute drive from the customs, but for the price you pay for such a lavish spread, we’d say it’s worth a trip down.
