Dining deals at Guoco Midtown and Guoco Midtown II
Bugis is a dining hotspot in Singapore, buzzing with eateries of all persuasions, but let’s be honest: dining there can be quite the pinch on the wallet. In this economy, F&B deals are perpetually welcome. So, the next time you’re in Bugis, consider going off the beaten North Bridge Road path and dining instead at Guoco Midtown and the newly opened Guoco Midtown II, where deals await from now till 3 August 2025.
While best known as a mixed development building, Guoco Midtown is home to an impressive variety of F&B brands to suit all cravings and occasions. What’s more, many of these names will be offering diners half-priced deals for the month.Â
Here are some highlights to whet your taste buds.
1. Lee & Bai
50% off signature Cheng Du Noodles With Meat Sauce & Green Peas
If you’re craving authentic Chinese buns and noodles, pay a visit to Lee & Bai, a Sichuanese franchise that has made its Singapore debut in Guoco Midtown II.
The Cheng Du Braised Pork Buns ($5.80+) are a must-try, packed with juicy, robustly seasoned pork, all encased in a fluffy bun. Carb up with the Cheng Du Noodles With Meat Sauce & Green Peas, which is now going for just $6.40+, 50% off its usual price tag of $12.80+. Lee & Bai’s take on zha jiang mian features an ultra-savoury minced pork sauce, peppered with sweet green peas, all sitting atop a bed of QQ la mian noodles.

2. Jew Kit Hainanese Chicken Rice
Chicken rice set for $9.10+
Hainanese chicken rice is indisputably one of Singapore’s national dishes, and Jew Kit has been going strong for over three decades now. Founded in 1992 by Mr Teo Jew Kit, the brand has grown from a hawker stall to an established dining destination, with multiple outlets islandwide. Their latest establishment, at Guoco Midtown II, marries classic Hainanese chicken rice offerings with a variety of home-style zi char dishes, perfect for family meals.Â
If you just want to head down for chicken rice, plain and simple, go for the Chicken Rice Set, starring Jew Kit’s signature, silky steamed chicken rice with fragrant oil rice, served with a side of braised egg and braised tofu. The set also comes with a cooling osmanthus jelly for dessert, and a refreshing lime juice with sour plum. Usually, the combination of these items will set diners back $18.20+, but Jew Kit is running a 50% off promotion, the full combo for just $9.10+—a steal for such a hearty meal. The promotion is valid for takeaways only, while stocks last.

3. Xiang Ju
50% off Hunanese dishes
Hunanese cuisine has become one of the biggest culinary hits in Singapore this year, with restaurants like Xiang Ju leading the wave. They’ve recently established their sophomore outlet in Guoco Midtown II, offering Singaporeans more access to their signature dishes.Â
Hunan cuisine takes flavour very seriously. While hot and spicy dishes are a mainstay, chefs balance that intensity with layers of aroma and texture. Take the Old Changsha Stinky Tofu ($13.80++)—don’t be put off by the name. It’s more salty than stinky, and the generous topping of diced chilli, ginger, and spring onions cuts through the richness, delivering a satisfying kick without overwhelming the palate. Don’t sleep on the Handmade Scallion Pancake ($10++), a regional Chinese staple, packed with plenty of fresh scallions that add crunch and natural sweetness. For something sweeter, the Pumpkin Cake ($12++) is a chewy, mochi-like dessert with a crispy exterior that kids and adults will enjoy.Â
FYI: All three small bites are now going for 50% off, giving you the perfect opportunity to savour a new cuisine without breaking the bank.

7. Dal.Komm PlaygroundÂ
50% off Tteokbokki and more
Dal.Komm Playground is a fresh new concept by Korean café heavyweight Dal.Komm Coffee. Their Guoco Midtown outlet is inspired by a fox’s den, with cosy corners, intimate nooks, and a bright alfresco area. It’s a breezy all-day venue that shifts from laidback café vibes by day to a stylish bar come nightfall.Â
The menu features Korean-inspired brunch dishes, hearty mains, communal plates, and exclusive Korean alcoholic beverages. Currently, they’re running a promotion where one can bag a 50% discount on selected dishes from 3pm to 6pm, so run, don’t walk.Â
The Tteokbokki selection here is impressive, made even better with the half-off discount. We highly recommend the Carbonara Tteokbokki ( $19.90++), which swaps out spice for cream. It’s packed with shimeji mushrooms, turkey ham, fish cake, and onions, served with chewy rice cakes and a lava egg. If you’re a diehard OG tteokbokki lover, they also have the classic for the same price, complete with a punchy gochujang sauce.Â
On the fusion front, get their Shakshuka dishes for half off too. Dal.Komm Playground takes the Middle Eastern breakfast dish and gives it a Korean facelift with their Kimchi Meatball Shakshuka ($18.90++)—a tangy tomato and kimchi stew with beef meatballs and sourdough for dipping. The discount also extends to their Citron Teas, if you need something refreshing to take the edge off the spice.
Note that food is only served at the following days and times: Mon-Thurs, Sun 11am to 8:30pm, and Fri-Sat 11am to 9pm.
