World’s First Audemars Piguet Cafe Opens In SG With New Menu By Burnt Ends

Audemars Piguet Cafe opens at AP House Raffles Hotel

More fashion and luxury brands have stepped into the F&B territory as of late; there’s Prada Cafe, Louis Vuitton pop-up, and now, the world’s first Audemars Piguet (AP) Cafe at Raffles Hotel.

This opening marks the luxury watch brand’s first foray into the cafe scene. Located in Raffles Hotel’s Bar & Billiard Room within AP House, AP Cafe offers a well-curated menu of Swiss dishes with a Singaporean influence. Burnt Ends, which also has plans to open in the CBD soon, heads the new cafe.

You can expect the likes of Gula Melaka Pain Suisse (S$8++), which combines viennoiserie with a gula melaka-spiked filling. This buttery, flaky treat was a real delight to have, especially with its fragrant and not-overly-sweet palm sugar core.

If you’re feeling hungry, the cafe also offers heartier bites such as the Short Rib Raclette Pie ($38++), featuring smoked beef cooked down with beef jus, simmering in a bed of potatoes, bacon, pickled onions and more, then topped with raclette cheese and puff pastry.

Smash through the puff pastry and give it a mix—you’ll get an exciting blend of meaty flavours, cheesy richness, and satisfying textures.

The Chicken Rice Club Sandwich ($25++), a riff on the iconic hawker dish, is another popular pick. This sandwich stars roasted chicken breast coated in aioli, house-made ginger, and chilli, packed between white bread and fresh veggies.

Those craving a sweet treat can end their meal with the Swiss Roll with Honey Comb and Honey Ice Cream ($18++), where vanilla sponge cake is filled with chestnut puree and white chocolate cream, then finished with vanilla frosting and candied chestnut. The soft textures of the swiss roll, combined with the delicate crunch of the honeycomb and the cool, creamy richness of the honey ice cream, create a soothing blend of flavours and textures.

Alternatively, go for the Hazelnut Crunch ($20++), featuring hazelnut praline with dark Valrhona chocolate and caramel on a hazelnut, topped with toasted hazelnuts.

Reservations are recommended as seats are limited. You can call the restaurant at 3129 2087 to make a booking.
