If this is your first time trying out the tarts, here’s the lowdown: these tarts star a buttery tart shell and thin layer of mochi-like nian gao atop. Slice them in half, and you’ll find fillings such as Purple Sweet Potato ($32), Pineapple ($32), Yam ($30), and the all-new Cempedak Custard ($32).
