BHC Chicken is finally bringing its crispy offerings to the West with a new eatery at The Star Vista. As South Korea’s largest fried chicken chain, with over 2,000 outlets across the country, this marks its third store in Singapore.
Exclusive to The Star Vista outlet is the fiery Mala Khan flavour, where crispy fried chicken pieces are coated in a specially crafted K-Mala sauce. This bold new creation offers a Korean-style twist on the beloved mala flavour, making it a must-try for those who love their food with a bit of heat.
In addition to the Mala Khan chicken, the Star Vista outlet also offers exclusive menu items that you won’t find at other BHC Chicken locations in Singapore. These include the Jagapetti and Macho King Rice Ball, two hearty dishes that add variety to the already diverse menu.
For those who love the classic BHC fare, the Star Vista outlet will also feature popular mains from the Marina Square and Taste Orchard outlets, such as the Bulgogi Rice Bowl, Japchae, Seafood Tofu Stew, and Bibimbap. There’s also the popular Bburing Cheese Sticks, which feature stretchy cheese encased by crispy batter, tossed in a savoury seasoning mix of cheese, onion and garlic.
Fans can also get the famous Bburinkle Chicken, where juicy fried chicken is blanketed with the same signature seasoning.
The new eatery is located on Level 1 of the mall, a short walk from Buona Vista MRT Station.
