Here’s a piece of good news for fans of Burnt Ends Bakery: the popular bakery is opening a second outlet soon, a partnership with car manufacturer Audi, in early 2025! In case you didn’t know, Burnt Ends Bakery is most known for their use of wood-fired bread ovens and house-blend coffee beans; they’ve also gained a loyal fanbase for their loaded doughnuts.

The new space, which will be at the new Audi House along Cross Street, is said to seat 30 people at a time. It will also house an interactive coffee bar, as well as produce its signature Slayer’s coffee blend. Along with these, fans can look forward to a wider selection of filter coffees from single-origin to blend varieties and new signature drinks!

Customers can expect a slew of German-inspired pastries, all tinged with Burnt Ends’ distinctive flair. Start with the Bavarian Beer-Battered Waffles (price TBD), which serves as the perfect crunchy vehicle for the Soft-Serve Ice Cream (price TBD). For the latter, you can choose from  flavours such as whiskey, kirsch, and chocolate.

Everyone loves a good ol’ doughnut, and here you can treat yourself to one-of-a-kind flavours, including ones that are not found on their standard menu. There’s the Apple Strudel (price TBD), inspired by the buttery apple-laden pastry, or the Black Forest (price TBD), which consists of cherries, dark chocolate, and vanilla bean Chantilly cream.

We are not sure if all their signature doughnuts will make an appearance at their new outlet, but if you’re visiting the OG branch, some crowd favourites include the Iranian Pistachio, Smoked Japanese Yuzu, and Nutella doughnuts which start from $5++.

On the savoury side, there’s the classic Pretzel (price TBD), Veal Schnitzel Slider (price TBD), as well as the Currywurst (price TBD), which offers a spin on the classic hotdog. Fans of the original Burnt Ends Bakery can also expect a selection of their well-loved savoury classics. Some favourites from their Dempsey outlet include the savoury Gruyere Cheese & Scallion Scones (price TBD), and the Seasalt Dark Chocolate Cookie (price TBD) which is said to boast a perfectly gooey, chocolatey centre.

We are currently unsure when exactly Audi X Burnt Ends Bakery will open, but stay tuned for updates! The bakery will be launched at the upcoming Audi House of Progress Singapore at Cross Street Exchange. Owners of Audi cars will also be entitled to a discount if they show their keys at the counter.
