On Saturdays, this feast will set you back $80++ per person, while on Sundays it will cost $118++. To transform it into a boozy brunch, however, an additional $60++ is required for unlimited champagne and alcoholic beverages—this option is only available for Sundays. Once you’ve decided on what type of brunch to have, you’ll have access to luxurious dishes such as Boston Lobster and US OP Prime Beef. Firangi Superstar has one of the more unique champagne brunches out there, and that’s down to the many inventive modern Indian dishes it has to offer. The menu for its “Champagne Superstar” Saturday brunch has items including the Prata Waffle, accompanied by either Madras fried chicken or tempeh, the Akuri, consisting of pav bhaji, masala scrambled eggs, and tomatoes, and the Masala Donut. Prices start at $68++ per person for the food only, and you can top up $70++ for free flow of champagne, cocktails, and other drinks. For a more premium option with unlimited Telmont Vinotheque, the top-up is $188++.

The spread it offers is an international buffet with, of course, a special emphasis on Italian specialties. Highlights include the cooked-to-order Fettuccine Truffle Alfredo in Parmesan Wheel, Signature InterContinental Prawn Noodle Soup, and Bollito Misto: Emilia-Romagna style boiled cuts of beef, veal, hen, and pork in an aromatic broth.
