7. Shin Yuu

Shin Yuu is a bit of a hidden gem in Bukit Timah. This Greenwood restaurant is known for their authentic Japanese fare, including buffets and omakase. While the menu is seasonal and depends on the chef’s preference—omakase, after all, loosely translates to chef’s choice—you can be rest assured that fresh Japanese seafood will make an appearance.
